You retain ownership of User Content that you own.

Organizations likewise retain ownership of their original materials and content.

Using DEEPDIIG does not transfer ownership of your original intellectual property to DEEPDIIG.

13. License to Operate the Service

By submitting User Content to DEEPDIIG, you grant Community Learning Systems LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, transmit, distribute, and technically modify that content as reasonably necessary to:

14. Content Visibility and Sharing

DEEPDIIG is designed to help knowledge become discoverable and useful.

Depending on Platform functionality and settings, certain Hubs, Topics, Resources, profile information, or other content may be publicly accessible or shared with other users.

15. Resource Information and Important Decisions

DEEPDIIG helps people discover knowledge and Resources. However, DEEPDIIG generally does not provide professional medical, legal, financial, mental health, social work, immigration, or other licensed professional advice merely by displaying or organizing information.

Availability, eligibility requirements, contact information, program rules, benefits, services, deadlines, and other details may change.

Users should verify important or time-sensitive information directly with the relevant organization or authoritative source before acting on it.

Nothing on DEEPDIIG guarantees eligibility for, acceptance into, or availability of any third-party service, program, benefit, or Resource.

16. Third-Party Links, Resources, and Services

DEEPDIIG may contain links to third-party websites, videos, applications, documents, services, programs, or other external Resources.

DEEPDIIG does not control those third parties.

The inclusion of an external Resource does not necessarily mean that DEEPDIIG endorses the third party or guarantees the accuracy, availability, safety, quality, or effectiveness of its information or services.

When you access an external service, that third party's own terms and privacy practices may apply.

17. Partnerships and Connections

DEEPDIIG may allow organizations and users to identify partners, referral relationships, partnership goals, collaboration interests, or other connections.

The appearance of a relationship, connection, partnership goal, or external organization on DEEPDIIG does not by itself create a legal partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, endorsement, contractual relationship, or referral guarantee.

Organizations are responsible for accurately representing their relationships with others.

18. Monitoring and Enforcement

DEEPDIIG is not required to monitor every piece of content submitted to the Platform.
