DEEP PROJECTS
DEEPDIIG is free to use. But when organizations need something more customized, we work alongside them to design and build a DEEPDIIG system specifically around their partnership, program, or initiative.
For example, a film and production studio partnering with a youth organization may need more than individual Hubs. They may need a shared structure that captures the youth program’s knowledge, organizes curriculum and Resources for future use, documents student development, and gives students and program leaders their own Hubs to showcase what they have learned and created.
That’s where we come in.
We design the entire DEEPDIIG setup around the collaboration. We build the Hubs, identify and organize the right Topics, create and curate Resources, structure how information moves between organizations, and determine what knowledge should be captured throughout the program.
For participants, we can also create individual Hubs that document their experiences, skills, Resources, accomplishments, and development over time—turning participation in a program into a living record of what they learned and created.
You run the program. We build the knowledge infrastructure.
Our goal is to handle the backend work so organizations can focus on what they do best.
At the end of the project, the organizations aren't simply left with another piece of software. They have an organized, reusable knowledge system that captures what happened, what was learned, what was created, and what can be carried forward into the next program, partnership, or cohort.
